How tired is too tired?

In Queensland, the Government restricts the hours of truck drivers to 10 hours to ensure public safety. In our Queensland hospitals, our doctors are allowed to work non-stop for days.

Working for 12 hours straight is equivalent to a blood alcohol level of 0.05%. Now you're not allowed to drive on the roads in that condition, but you would be allowed conduct surgurical operations in Queensland. Worst still, we have some doctors working throughout whole weekends without breaks.
